People wanting to hire The Barn for a typical private family party do not need to provide us with safeguarding documentation.

People wanting to hire The Barn for classes or functions attended by children or vulnerable adults must tell us this and comply with the Church Safeguarding Procedures

Please read our Hirer’s Safeguarding Agreement; you will need to sign and return it to us.

On signing this agreement, you will be confirming that either:

a) you have a Safeguarding Policy that our Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) will need to approve

or:

b) you wish to adopt the Church’s own Policy.
